Sunday, September 27, 2026 marks a decade of BimToberFest. Ten years ago, we hosted our very first BMW car show in the parking lot of BMW of Bridgewater and had no idea what to expect. We just knew our BMW community deserved a place to gather, show off their cars, swap stories, and share the love of the Ultimate Driving Machine.
Ten years later, we are still doing exactly that — just with a lot more of you.
From a Handful of Cars to 550 Enthusiasts
Our first BimToberFest in 2016 drew a small but passionate crowd of BMW owners and NJ BMW CCA members. The turnout was amazing and honestly overwhelming for a first-year event. We had no idea how much interest there was in a community-driven, no-pressure BMW show. That first year set the tone: bring your BMW, meet your people, have a great time.
Every year since, BimToberFest has grown. Last year we welcomed approximately 550 attendees and, quite frankly, ran out of space. From E30s to G80 M3s, from stock daily drivers to fully built track cars, from first-time BMW owners to lifelong enthusiasts — you all showed up.
What Makes the 10th Anniversary Special
For our 10-year milestone we are planning a few things worth showing up for:
- Alumni recognition. If you have attended every BimToberFest since 2016 — or several — we want to know. Reach out and let us know your streak.
- A decade of BMW displayed. We are curating a special feature area highlighting the evolution of BMW from 2016 to today.
- Awards you can compete for. Best Modified, Best Original, Best M, Best i, People’s Choice, and more.
- Community that shows up for each other. Which, honestly, is the whole point.
